• Seek out and welcome new members at events.
• Show businesses the benefits of membership.
• Assist in recruiting new members and retention.
• Attend Business at Twilights, Home & Business Expo and other events as needed.
• Rotate Chairs.

• Increase committee size to obtain goal of 37 active members.
• Improve attendance by having a goal of 10 Diplomats at each Chamber event.
• Rotate members to attend monthly Chamber 101 for networking opportunities and new Diplomat recruiting.
• Maintain the Diplomats Committee as a fun way to network at Chamber events.
• Host monthly meetings to discuss performance and attendance at Chamber events.
