“Receiving the Small Business of the Year award dramatically increased our visibility in the community. It set us apart from our competitors and demonstrated to our customers that they are working with an exceptional local company with a proven reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Chamber’s continued recognition throughout the year has branded our name with success, and we continue to receive referrals.”

— Bill Goethe, Owner Mr. Fix It of Sierra Vista, LLC.

Small Business of the Year 2015

“It has been an honor this past year to hold the title of Large Business of the Year from the Sierra Vista Area Chamber of Commerce.  We are proud to be a part of this community since 1955 and we greatly value our Chamber membership.  As all of our business owners, civic and business leaders understand, it has never been more important to support our local economy.  When we work together – we all win.  Our Chamber helps us accomplish that objective.  All of us at American Southwest Credit Union wish to thank you – our chamber members, the Chamber Board, Management and staff and our wonderful community.  We’re looking forward to continuing our cooperative success.”

— Brian J. Barkdull, President & CEO American Southwest Credit Union

Large Business of the Year 2015

“Once the word got out that we were awarded [Small Business of the Year] our business picked up dramatically. New customers came in saying they read the article and figured we must be a good business to deal with. We’re still busy.”
