Held at The Mall at Sierra Vista and open to home based businesses and charities only, the Mini Expo offers great exposure at an affordable price. Extensive media advertising and Chamber promotions ensure your business receives excellent publicity for a low cost sponsorship.
The Mini Expo is open to Sierra Vista Area Chamber and non-Chamber businesses. For one low fee of $75 (chamber members) or $125 (non Chamber members) you will receive a 6 ft table, table cloth and 2 chairs (electricity upon request). Wi-fi is available throughout The Mall.

Mini Expo Vendor Information
The Sierra Vista Area Chamber’s 2018 Mini-Expo will be hosted by the Mall at Sierra Vista and booth space will be available to Chamber members and non-Chamber members. We do not exclude like vendors. We will however, make every effort to separate the locations of the booths.
Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. When we reach our maximum number of vendors, we will initiate a waiting list if additional space should become available.
Please note: Mall policy will not allow any political vendors on premises.
Pipe and Drape is not available for this event.
Final date for all registrations is January 15th by 4:00 p.m.
All exhibitors registered by January 4th will be included in event advertising to include: newspaper advertising, Chamber website advertising, Chamber weekly e-blast, Chamber Social Media.
Full payment is required to complete the registration. In addition, if you are a Chamber member, you must be a member in good standing. (Membership dues paid up to date.)
Setup & Breakdown:
Exhibitor setup will be the morning of the event, Saturday, January 20th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
If the need for electricity is indicated, the exhibitor is required to furnish their own extension cord and power strip.
Free Wi-Fi will be available to all exhibitors.
The scheduled time for exhibitor’s breakdown is 3:00 p.m. In the event of early breakdown the Chamber reserves the right to impose an early breakdown fine of $50.
Exhibitors are encouraged to personalize their booth, limited by safety factors and rights of privacy. No banners or signs can be hung on the Mall walls. Booth space is either approximately 8’ wide and 5’ deep. Each booth contains a 6’ table with a skirted tablecloth and 2 chairs.
The Chamber is not responsible for inclement weather, and/or any damage related to weather.
Exhibitors are encouraged to offer promotional hand outs and give-a-ways at the Expo. Soliciting is prohibited and ex-hibitors must stay within arm’s length of their booth when approaching potential customers.
All food vendors must obtain a 24 hour permit from the Cochise County Health Department prior to the event. Please call (520) 803-3900 for more information regarding permit.
While using “sterno” warmers food vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher in their booth.
