About This Event

Women In Action celebrates female successes and future potential. Featuring dynamic speakers, this event provides valuable networking opportunities and showcases businesses owned by, or serving, women. Discover new techniques, information and insights relevant to women in business, community organizations, and local government. Learn to manage your time, unlock your true passion, and become the person you want to be. A special luncheon will celebrate the Vitality Women of the Year. This event is hosted by The Sierra Vista Herald/Bisbee Daily Review, Cochise College Small Business Development Center, and the Sierra Vista Area Chamber of Commerce.

Karen Dale is the Director of Continuous Improvement at Cochise College. She subscribes to a holistic approach to support college improvement initiatives, focusing on people and data-informed decision making. As a former member of Maricopa Community College’s Employee and Organizational Learning Team, Karen provided learning opportunities through a variety of workshops, including team building, career networking, customer service, change readiness, leadership development, and strategy planning. Karen has completed professional training through Adler International Learning’s Professional Coaching Certification program, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Having earned a BS in Family Studies and Human Development, and an MS in Human Services, Karen will complete her PhD in Industrial & organizational Psychology this year.
